Dolores Mark-Chambers , a recent transplant from Hawaii , considers beginning piano students her specialty. She attended the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music in Winchester , VA , and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Music and Voice Performance from the University of Hawaii . Dolores spent 20 years traveling throughout the U.S. and Japan promoting weddings for a chapel in Waikiki . She was a resident of Honolulu , where she worked part-time as music director for a small parish and taught piano privately. A professional singer, she was also an in-demand vocalist who, in 1999, produced a CD entitled "The Gift of Love." Her husband, Jerry, a private deejay (as well as manager of a condo complex) joined her on the last recorded song. In addition to serving as a piano instructor for the Academy, Dolores is music director at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach .
