A singer/actor, Mary Anne stars in the EWTN young-adults show "Knights of St. Michael."
Mary LaHood Delgado - She graduated from Ave Maria University in May of 2006, majoring in Theology. She has worked for ten summers with EWTN, writing, acting, and editing two children's shows, Angel Force, and the Knights of Saint Michael, which have been airing globally for the last ten years. With Providential Communications, based out of Peoria, Illinois, Mary has completed several music videos and five music CDs: (1) What Do You Want of Me? (2) Magdalen, (3) A Night to Remember, (4) Broadway and Beyond, and (5) Behold Your Mother. Along with acting in a number of plays, musicals, and vocal performances, additional significant shows include: Backstage with EWTN, Magdalen, a one-hour pro-life video drama, and Mother to Mother, a pro-life documentary.
Mary has completed three music videos filmed in Rome, Italy.
From Ave Maria University she received the highest award for a senior female, the "Blessed Mother Teresa Woman of the Year" Award, as well as the Theology Department Award, and the "Father Solanus Casey" Award. She traveled all over the USA as a Catholic actress working for Ave Maria on the Road, which she helped to establish, and Theater of the Word, Inc., of which she was one of the founding members. She currently serves as a scriptwriter, video editor, and actress for Our Two Cents Productions. Evangelization through the media is her dream, through live drama and the cinematic arts.
