For more than a decade, the women of Point of Grace have chosen to encourage and inspire others with a musical message of God’s love. In the process, they’ve taken the church by storm, selling five million albums, winning 8 Dove Awards, two Grammy nods and garnering two platinum and five gold records as well as 24 consecutive No. 1 singles. Through it all, they also made personal choices, each marrying and having children, learning along the way to deftly juggle family and faith with ministry and music.

While the members of Point of Grace have changed over time, their message and musical prowess continues on.
In addition to having 26 #1 singles, a statistic that has set records in across musical genres, Point of Grace’s trademark harmonies have definitely evolved on its most recent albums, How You Live (2007) and No Changin’ Us (2010) by spilling over into country formats. Playing their new songs “I Wish” and “How You Live (Turn Up the Music)” at Nashville’s famed Grand Ole Opry, Point of Grace won a Dove Award for “Country Recorded Song of the Year.”
The group originally began as a quartet in 1991, composed of Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, Terry Jones, and Heather Payne. Terry and Heather eventually left Point of Grace to focus more on their families, and the band's guitarist Dana Cappillino recruited his wife, Leigh, to join Shelley and Denise that makes up the trio today.
As far as the group’s legacy goes, however, Point of Grace will probably always be most remembered for the catchy radio hits of old including “I’ll Be Believing,” “The Great Divide,” “Dying to Reach You,” “Keep the Candle Burning” and “Steady On.”
