Mary Ann and Joe Renna have been involved in music for most of their lives. Mary Ann has been writing music for many years. Joe has been singing and recording professionally for many years. He was choir director of several Catholic Church groups. He works as a free-lance broadcast engineer. Mary Ann taught preschool music to children in Catholic and Montessori schools, and is certified in Orff-Schulwerk music training. Both have played the guitar and sung in church choirs for many years.

After singing together in various acoustic and classic rock bands, they decided to record their own original music to spread the Christian message. Their first release, “Walk With Me”, was compiled as a fundraiser for their church, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Birmingham, Alabama. Their second release “Kids Sing For Jesus (Catholic Songs for Little Ones)” was recorded with the hope of teaching fundamental aspects of the Catholic faith to Preschool age through grade 3 children.

They presently homeschool their four children, ages 1 to 10, and are enrolled in Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Homeschool.
